We also recommend Chettinad Kolee if you want to branch out from the classic dishes and curries. This comforting dish is cooked with chicken, potatoes, and fennel.

By 1935, the prison had its own farm, and 75 percent of the meats and vegetables consumed by prisoners were raised on site.
